Following time in the US Air Force, I come to residential real estate with over 10 years experience as a financial analyst in commercial real estate acquisitions & dispositions for 2 national Real Estate Investment Trusts. I became a Realtor® in 2007 and work with buyers, sellers and investors. I've lived in Vallejo for 18 years, and have worked at Century 21 Schutjer Realty in Vallejo since 2008 serving Solano County & American Canyon. With my broker as my business partner, we manage a portfolio of over 80 residential units. In my property management business, I am the lead leasing agent as well as having the primary responsibility for our bookkeeping & lease administration. I'm very active in the community & serve as President-Elect for the Solano Association of REALTORS (2017) and on the Solano County Planning Commission.
